Associate Recruiter (US Process)

We (Infosoft) are looking for Talented Entry-level Engineering/Technical/Science Graduates who can immediately join our Company for Associate Recruiter position

Job Title: Associate Recruiter (US Process)

Location: Permanently Remote (anywhere in North India)

Work Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST or 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST

Compensation: 15k + incentives

Infosoft is a US Staffing Company with headquarters in California along with Offshore and Onshore branches. We work with direct clients in various verticals like Medical Devices, Engineering, Aerospace, Automotive, IT, NON-IT, Pharma, Clinical, Health Care, Scientific, Federal & State Clients.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Entry-level B.Tech/B.E/BCA or similar Engineering/Technical/Science; No MBA/other Masters Degree
• 0 to maximum 6 Months of previous experience
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Having a good internet connection (broadband/WiFi with 50-70 MBPS speed)
• Having a computer/laptop with at least 4GB RAM (preferably 8GB)
• Good Understanding of Boolean search string, time zone, US Visa type, tax terms.
• An isolated/dedicated space at home to work without disturbance and call 60-70 candidates every day

Job Description:

• Responsible for handling Engineering/ IT / Non-IT requirements
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, qualifying, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of candidate submittals into interviews and placements
• Responsible for the strategy development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
