Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Support: Having 2-3 years of experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processesfrom sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating onboardingunder the guidance of senior recruiters.
Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume environment.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience through both written and verbal interactions.
Market Research: Conduct research and market mapping to identify potential talent pools and stay ahead of industry trends.
Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Candidate Experience: Collaborate closely with team members to deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek feedback and learning opportunities to continuously develop your recruitment expertise and contribute to team growth.
