What You'll Do
- Source and identify qualified US healthcare candidates for exciting travel assignments
using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Build trust and long-lasting relationships with healthcare candidates and partner
facilities.
- Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process to ensure a smooth and
positive experience.
- Stay updated on US healthcare trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.
What Are We Looking For
- A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree from a recognized Indian university.
- A fresher with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport
quickly.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment.
- Familiarity with working across US time zones and culture is a plus.
