Title: Associate Recruiter

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Chennai – Work from Office

Shift: Night Shift (EST Shift) – 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Work Days: 5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT & Engineering Recruitment activities
• Source IT candidates through job portals and various online sourcing techniques
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical requirements
• Reaching out to potential candidates in the US through extensive calling
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals

Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical concepts
• Strong learning attitude and willingness to build a career in US IT Recruitment
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in Night Shift / EST Shift environment

Eligibility Criteria & Compensation

· Fresher & 2025 pass outs and 2025 pass outs with max 6 months of experience into US staffing/Bench sales experience

Compensation: 21,100 per month during training. The training period is for 1 month. Post-successful training: 4 LPA fixed including PF

Eligible Qualifications:

• B.Tech/BE (Computer Science / IT-related streams only) excluding Bio tech
• BCA
• MCA
• BBA
• MBA excluding MBA Finance – HR IT should be our preference
• PGDM – HR & IT
