Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers and project managers, understand hiring requirements, source quality candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer release.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Hire for Business Analyst, Java Full Stack, AI/ML, Manual Testing, Cybersecurity,DBA,IT roles, and selected non-technical roles such as Sales.
• Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews.
• Track interview feedback and follow up with candidates and stakeholders.
• Negotiate compensation within approved budgets.
• Coordinate documentation and release offers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
• Handle multiple open positions and meet hiring deadlines.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
• Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Boolean search and LinkedIn Search.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA (HR) is an added advantage.
