As an Associate React JS Developer at CrossML, you will contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications. You will work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to build user-friendly, responsive, and efficient front-end solutions using React JS.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in developing web applications using React JS.

• Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.

• Familiarity with state management tools like Redux, Flux, or MobX is a plus.

• Basic understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

• Experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub.

• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA is preferred.

• Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.

• Strong willingness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.

• Knowledge of additional frameworks like Angular or Node.js will be an added advantage.

• Assist in developing responsive, user-friendly web applications using React JS and related technologies.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to ensure smooth integration of features.

• Build reusable front-end components and contribute to scalable application architecture.

• Help optimize applications for performance and responsiveness.

• Stay updated with modern front-end development trends and best practices.

• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality.

• Debug and resolve basic front-end issues under guidance from senior team members.

• Contribute to various stages of the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, and deployment.
