Position Summary
We are looking for a Lead Experinece Designer who can take full ownership of complex user experience problems, drive high-quality design outcomes, and partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. This role requires strong critical thinking, deep UX reasoning, and the ability to lead design independently from concept to delivery.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UX delivery for complex features and large user journeys.
- Analyze all use cases, edge cases, and user scenarios before proposing solutions.
- Lead UX strategy, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI direction.
- Clearly explain and defend design decisions with solid UX rationale.
- Drive strong stakeholder collaboration with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams.
- Ensure on-time design delivery aligned with agile sprint timelines.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and design gaps early.
- Maintain consistently high design quality with minimal rework.
- Act as the connection point between user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Ensure adherence to design systems, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Take full accountability and ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.
Education
BE/B.Tech
Bachelor Equivalent - Arts
Work Experience
- 7–10+ years of experience in UX / Product Design for digital products.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving across complex workflows.
- Ability to convert ambiguous requirements into clear UX solutions.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and proactive mindset.

- Excellent ability to articulate design thinking and influence stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional agile teams.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Miro, prototyping tools, and collaboration platforms.
- Hands-on expertise in AI-powered UX design, including prompt workflows, agentic experiences, and trust-driven human-AI interactions.
