Key Responsibilities
- Investigate internal, supplier, and customer quality issues to determine accurate root causes
- Develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Ensure system-level closure of all quality issues by updating cross-functional documentation (e.g., DFMEA , PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions) to prevent recurrence
- Collaborate with CFT (Engineering, Manufacturing , and supply chain teams to resolve non-conformances efficiently)
- Support the transition of manual, paper-based quality processes into robust digital workflows
- Assist in Developing , evaluating, implementing, and testing Quality Management Software (eQMS) or custom digital tools
- Collaborate with Supplier and operations teams to automate data collection for quality metrics, defect tracking, and audit reporting
- Train team members and production staff on new digital quality tools and platforms
- Maintain, update, and ensure compliance with the organization's QMS requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or relevant industry standards)
- Participate in the internal audits, ensuring findings are addressed promptly
- Draft, review, and control quality documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flowcharts, procedures and formats
- Monitor Quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and assist in management review meetings
Ideal Candidate
- Basic understanding of MySQL, JavaScript, Python, Rest API
- Familiarity with software testing principles and methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- BE in Electrical / Electronics
