- Bachelor's degree in visual communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related design-focused discipline
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in design field
- Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- An eye for visual hierarchy, typography, and clean layout design
- Good communication skills and ability to absorb feedback
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
