Associate Quality Assurance Engineer

QA Role

• 2-3 yrs experienced software quality professional.
• Familiarity with entire software development life cycle and test cycles (Regression, Functional, Systems, User Acceptance)
• Experienced developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans and procedures to support various development methodologies.
• Execute test cases/scripts/scenarios on schedule (Functional, Systems Integration, and Regression Testing), and open defects as needed.
• Design, build and execute automated tests.
• Identify regression testing needs and create and maintain an Automated Regression Suite.
• Work closely with Stakeholders to analyze the end-to-end scenarios, gather requirements, and design the test cases that need to be automated.
• Maintain automated scripts utilizing the existing framework, adhering to coding standards.
• Knowledge & experience on java or python, selenium, appium etc to perform the automation of websites and apps on desktop/Mobile devices
• Detailed and effective written communication skills for documenting the features tested and bugs found
• Follow the Scrum process, participate in Scrum meetings
• A go-getter,detail oriented, extremely responsive candidate who would like to take up technical challenges
• Self-motivated, works well independently and with others

Preferred Requirements

• Automation skills are a must
• 2 years hands-on experience in testing Cloud applications..
• Familiarity with JIRA, GIT, SQL, and databases.
• Knowledge & experience on java or python, selenium, appium etc is a must.
• Knowledge on the BDD framework or cucumber framework.
• Knowledge of API Testing tools such as SoapUI and Postman.
