Job Description

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in US staffing preferred, BPO exposure

Department: Training and Process Excellence

Shift Timings: EST Shift (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST / 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST)

Role Summary

The Associate QC will be responsible for end-to-end management of job postings on LinkedIn, including job description customization, formatting, and ensuring effective indexing of skill sets. This role supports recruiters by catering to their posting requests while understanding both job and person specifications deeply. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, ideally from engineering, with digital marketing, creative skills, and expertise in MIS and computing tools like Excel and Word. Excellent communication and writing skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Publish and manage job postings on LinkedIn with customization and formatting aligned to best practices to maximize reach and candidate quality
  • Ensure accurate skill set indexing and SEO-friendly job descriptions for optimal visibility and candidate match
  • Liaising with recruiters to understand job requirements and person specifications, delivering tailored job content
  • Manage MIS reporting related to job postings and track metrics for continuous improvement
  • Use Excel and Word proficiently for data handling, reporting, and documentation
  • Leverage creative and digital marketing skills to enhance job post appeal and engagement
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LinkedIn job posting features and recruitment trends
  • Support recruitment teams with timely posts and updates, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Provide excellent written communication, crafting clear, concise, and compelling job descriptions and related content
  • Work onsite closely with the recruitment team for effective coordination and communication

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or a technical discipline
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in US staffing, preferably in a BPO environment
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn job posting mechanisms, optimization, and candidate sourcing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and MIS reporting
  • Excellent English communication skills, particularly writing and editing
  • Ability to understand technical job requirements and convert them into engaging job advertisements
  • Creative mindset with digital marketing exposure to increase job visibility and appeal
  • Strong computing skills and ability to manage multiple postings and data efficiently
  • Local candidates with ability to report onsite daily
