How you might spend your days (Main Roles & Responsibilities)
As Proposal manager you'll be working with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team where your daily responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Lead the complete bidding process: RFP, RFQ and bidding Process.
- Start by scanning emails for new RFPs, client queries and internal updates. Review the proposal calendar to prioritize tasks.
- Organize proposal start-up meetings with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, finance, legal) to define scope, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Writing or reviewing proposal sections, ensuring clarity, compliance and persuasive messaging. Use templates and CRM tools for consistency.
- Validate cost estimates and pricing models with finance teams.
- Staying updated on industry trends and compliance requirements.
- Staying updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and new features.
- Ability to articulate technical value and navigate complex engineering requirements.
- Conduct Bid/No-Bid evaluations for all enquiries received and advise on pursuit strategy
- Flexible to handle any ad hoc requests received from counterpart on related tasks.

The Miles You've Walked (Education And Work Experience)
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or any relevant Degree with around 3-5 years of thorough experience.
- Proficient in the operation of IT platforms with experience in driving functional change and release processes.
- Aware of sales processes or dealt with Account management/Business development.
- Have experience of using MS Dynamics 365, InDesign , SAP, ERP, Excel, Projects, as additional advantage.
Soft skills:
- Ability to drive continuous improvements.
- Robust problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Strong collaboration skills and a drive to get things done.
- Enthusiasm for taking the lead in improving processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as in team.

- Are fluent in English, spoken and written.
