As an Associate – Operations Audit & Compliance, you will be responsible for conducting on-ground audits across assigned properties, identifying operational gaps, verifying compliance with SOPs, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. This role requires strong observation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

What you will be responsible for

1.Property Audits & Compliance Checks

• Conduct scheduled and surprise audits across assigned properties.
• Verify adherence to operational SOPs, compliance requirements, and service standards.
• Check property readiness, cleanliness, safety standards, and operational processes.
• Identify gaps, deviations, and instances of non-compliance.

2.Audit Reporting & Documentation

• Capture observations accurately through audit reports and supporting evidence.
• Maintain audit records and documentation as per defined guidelines.
• Highlight critical issues requiring immediate intervention.
• Ensure timely submission of audit findings and reports.

3..Corrective Action Tracking

• Coordinate with operations teams to communicate audit findings.
• Track closure of audit observations and corrective actions.
• Follow up on pending compliance issues until resolution.
• Escalate recurring or unresolved concerns where required.

4.Process Improvement

• Identify recurring operational gaps and trends.
• Provide insights that can help improve compliance and operational efficiency.
• Support the audit team in strengthening audit frameworks and processes.

• Audit schedules are completed consistently and on time.
• High accuracy and quality of audit observations.
• Timely reporting and documentation of findings.
• Strong follow-through on corrective action closure.
• Improved compliance levels across assigned properties.

Experience we value

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers preferred.
• Exposure to operations, audits, inspections, compliance, hospitality, retail, logistics, or facility management is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of documentation, reporting, and compliance processes is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
• Flexibility to conduct night audits based on business requirements.
