Hands on experience in Project planning, management, commissioning.
Responsibilities
Development of comprehensive Project plan and define Project architecture as per scope.
Establish project schedule, man hour budget and monitor progress. Analyze, evaluate and forecast current project status and baseline schedule, S- curve, Resource analysis, material and document status etc.
Comparative analysis between actual and desired state of the project and take corrective actions if required.
Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards and preparation of statutory and MIS reports.
Project coordination with internal departments, contractors and vendors, expediting the deliverables.
Study of project contract agreements, engineering drawings, technical specifications etc.
Control and review workflow management, document distribution, certification, contractor bills and its schedule.
