PURPOSE

Plan and deliver customer-facing technology projects across APAC, the Middle East, and Africa. This role coordinates people, timelines, and budgets to deliver agreed outcomes, manages risks and issues, and keeps stakeholders informed from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and plan the work: confirm scope, objectives, success measures, roles, milestones, and delivery approach with customers and internal teams.
  • Build and manage the project plan: create and maintain schedules, work items, and key dependencies; track progress and adjust as needed.
  • Coordinate delivery across teams: work with application, infrastructure, and network teams to plan and deliver deployments and changes.
  • Manage stakeholders and communication: act as the main point of contact for project updates; run regular status meetings; provide clear, timely reporting.
  • Manage risks and issues: identify, log, and follow up risks/issues; agree mitigation actions; escalate when decisions or support are needed.
  • Support governance and documentation: maintain core project documents, meeting notes, status reports, and steering/governance materials.
  • Control scope, schedule, and costs: monitor changes, assess impacts, and support approvals so delivery stays aligned to agreed baselines.
  • Close and hand over: confirm acceptance, support transition to operations, and capture lessons learned to improve future delivery.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE

  • 5–6 years experience in project management.
  • Proven experience delivering projects in customer-facing environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting technology delivery (e.g., application deployment, infrastructure, and networking) and coordinating technical teams.
  • Experience working across regions/time zones and supporting global or multi-country customers.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira), and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Microsoft Teams/SharePoint) for planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Aviation/airline industry experience is preferred.

Certifications

  • PMP (PMI) is highly preferred.
  • PMI-ACP is a plus if projects are delivered using agile methods.
  • CAPM or other recognised foundational project management certification is desirable.

Education & Qualifications

  • Business or Administrative degree or equivalent experience* Ideally have participated in formal project management training
