Job Description
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party suppliers/vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project scopes and objectives by engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure the availability and effective allocation of resources.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and achieve project milestones.
- Apply appropriate verification and control techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using suitable systems, tools, and methodologies.
- Provide regular project updates and escalate issues to management when required.
- Manage relationships with customers, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct risk management activities to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with third-party suppliers and vendors.
- Create, maintain, and manage comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrate Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity by taking accountability for assigned responsibilities while supporting colleagues, customers, and the business.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Systems, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in electrical power systems, energy systems, or project management within the power and energy industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.
