We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Project Manager - Project Lead with a strong background in Project Management focused on security and compliance. The ideal candidate will have between 8 to 11 years of experience in managing projects with an emphasis on security protocols, compliance frameworks, and third-party risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects related to security and compliance initiatives, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain ISO 27701 Personal Information Management Systems (PIMS) and SOC 2 compliance standards.
Conduct comprehensive third-party risk assessments, ensuring adherence to compliance and legal requirements.
Serve as a subject matter expert on GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) principles and guidelines.
Ensure compliance with RBI Security Guidelines and other relevant regulations, conducting regular audits and assessments.
Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and potential risks.
Develop project plans, timelines, and status reports, proactively identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
Mentor and guide junior project team members to build competencies and enhance overall team performance.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 11 years of project management experience, particularly in the security and compliance domain.
Strong knowledge and experience with ISO 27001 Personal Information Management Systems (PIMS) and SOC 2 frameworks.
Proven experience in conducting third-party risk assessments and understanding Compliance and Legal frameworks.
Strong understanding of GRC compliance principles and practices.
Familiarity with RBI Security Guidelines and related regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Relevant certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) and Security (CISM, CISSP, etc.) are a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
