Associate Project Manager - Partnerships
Location: Hyderabad, India (with travel across cities)
Role Type: Contract
Function: Physical AI- Partnerships & Data Collection Operations
Experience: 1–2 years in B2B sales and/or field operations
Role Overview
This is a high-ownership field role spanning partnerships and on-ground recording operations for our Physical AI data collection program. You will open and manage partner locations (hotels, kitchens, warehouses, factories), run reliable on-site recording operations, and flexibly support our broader data collection efforts across both freelancer-driven and factory-based pipelines. You are the connective tissue between signing a partner and high-quality data landing in our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close partnerships with small to medium businesses such as hotels, kitchens, manufacturing plants, warehouses, and other facilities Lead the full deal cycle: outreach, pitch, proposal, negotiation, contracting, and go-live coordination, cross-functionally.
- Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders — owners, CXOs, operations heads, and on-site managers.
- Handle objections around privacy, worker comfort, safety, and operational disruption, and convert them into clear written agreements and SOPs.
- Own partner-portfolio metrics: number of active sites, hours of data that can be collected, and partner alignment. Maintain records and documentation across applicable platforms for effective tracking.
Adhoc — Robotics Data Collection (Freelancer & Factory Pipelines)
Beyond partner-site operations, you will flexibly support the wider data collection program wherever it needs hands. This spans two pipelines:
- Freelancer-driven collection
- Factory-based collection
- Cross-cutting
- Step in across the data lifecycle (capture upload QC) wherever bottlenecks appear.
- Provide structured field feedback to platform and tooling teams to improve freelancer and factory workflows.
- Pilot new sites, devices, or processes and document repeatable SOPs for rollout.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B field sales, business development, or partnerships
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical or AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, norms and documentation
- High-ownership mindset; comfortable with travel, on-site visits, and shift-based work across cities and industrial areas.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to or partnering with hotels, warehouses, factories, logistics hubs, or similar operational environments.
- Prior experience in an early-stage startup, new business vertical, or greenfield territory.
