Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Project Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Associate Project Manager will oversee project activities, ensuring smooth coordination between various departments and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include monitoring project schedules, managing logistics, tracking progress, facilitating timely inspections, and expediting crucial tasks. Collaborating closely with team members, the Associate Project Manager will ensure timelines are met efficiently and projects align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.

Prepare and share status reports with internal teams and clients.

Support client communication by scheduling meetings, documenting discussions, and following up on action items.

Assist technical and sales teams with task coordination and project updates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Ensure smooth internal workflows by using project management tools.

Escalate risks or blockers to senior project managers in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor-related responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of tasks and materials.
• Strong Project Management skills, including workflow coordination, schedule monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Inspection processes to ensure quality and compliance.
• Knowledge of Logistics Management to streamline supply chain activities and improve operational efficiency.
• Additional qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related fields are highly advantageous.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
• Prior experience working in AI, robotics, or high-tech industries is a plus.
