About the Role:
As the Associate Project Manager, you will be part of Greentern's Project Management and Consulting business, who work on diverse set of Analytics, Technology transformation and implementation projects across Asia. The candidate will report to and work with the Project Manager and Senior consultant and will be assisting the client facing core projects team in reports, data analysis, presentations, project management and delivery. The location for this role will be offshore Bengaluru, with international projects based out of South East Asia or Middle East.
Responsibilities and Duties:
An ideal candidate would be someone who is very disciplined, enterprising and adept in understanding technology apart from the above qualifications.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work closely with the business stakeholders both internal and external to gather, analyze and document requirements
Developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to identify and document current and future business processes.
Ensure requirements are understood, agreed to and signed off at the appropriate stages in a project.
Define, analyze and document current and future state business processes using standards
Documenting functional and non-functional requirements, progress reports and trackers etc.
Lead and manage the technology development, implementation and integration work stream supporting the solution delivery at all stages (initiation, execution, and closure) and in all project management areas (time, cost, scope, quality, communications, risk, procurement).
Support business representatives during business acceptance testing
Comprehensive documentation according to the project management methodology
Visual representation of numbers and facts in very interesting and innovative way
Articulate and communicate the insights and findings to the regional consulting team
Understand the business value chain and offerings in more detail and create data and customer segments accordingly
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Qualifications:
2 to 5 years of experience working as part of a project as Business Analyst or in Project Management or in Product development
Are available for full time (in office) role in Bangalore
Excellent communication skills - spoken English and inter personal skills
This position is open only for Engineering Graduates - Preference will be given for graduates from IIT, NIT or similar top institutions
Analytical and Problem-solving aptitude
Strong inter-personal skills and proficient in spoken and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
