Associate Project Manager (APM) – Customer Delivery

Role Overview

We are an insurtech company focused exclusively on P&C insurance. As an Associate

Project Manager in the Customer Delivery team, you will own the end-to-end delivery of a

customer implementation, working closely with a single client and internal teams to ensure

successful configuration and delivery of customer-specific solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution, client interaction, and

building deep product and P&C insurance knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for an assigned customer implementation, acting as the primary

point of contact for day-to-day delivery activities

• Work closely with the customer to understand, document, and clarify requirements on

insurance products

• Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies; proactively

track scope, risks, and changes

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery meets quality standards, project

timelines, and go-live readiness

• Track project execution using Jira or similar tools and provide regular status updates to

stakeholders

• Build strong product and P&C insurance domain knowledge and contribute to continuous

improvement initiatives, including AI-enabled delivery solutions

Required Skills and Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, consulting, or customer delivery roles

• Strong client-facing communication and expectation management skills

• Proven ability to plan, track, and deliver cross-functional projects

• Ability to quickly learn P&C insurance fundamentals and product configuration concepts

• Experience with enterprise or configurable software platforms; insurance experience is a

plus

• Interest in AI and automation, with the ability to contribute to AI-driven delivery initiatives

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in P&C insurance or insurtech

• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project tracking tools

• Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum)
