Role Overview:

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) in the Implementation Team will be responsible for managing and executing client onboarding projects, coordinating between cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of Convin's solutions. The role requires strong project management skills, technical acumen, and the ability to drive customer success through effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Define timelines, align teams, and manage project plans for successful delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Be the go-to contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
• Technical Oversight: Work with Engineering and Product teams to guide integration, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure contingency planning.
• Process Optimization: Standardize implementation practices to improve scalability and execution speed.
• Reporting & Metrics: Monitor project progress, generate status reports, and ensure alignment with KPIs and success metrics.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to create a world-class onboarding journey.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 2-4 years in technical project management, SaaS implementation, or enterprise software delivery.
• Project Management Skills: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, or PMP methodologies.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based software deployment.
• Problem Solving: Quick thinker with a strong ability to troubleshoot implementation blockers.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders across tech and business teams.
• Tool Familiarity: Experience with tools like JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, Trello and CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Process Focus: Comfortable defining and documenting scalable project workflows.

Good-to-Have:

• Exposure to AI/ML-powered SaaS or Conversation Intelligence tools.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles at a B2B SaaS company.
• Familiarity with SQL, scripting or data analytics for basic troubleshooting.
