Job Purpose
In this role, the individual will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery and governance of Business data dashboards across Local Business Units (LBUs) and Group team stakeholders. The position focuses on ensuring seamless coordination between business, data, and technology teams to enable accurate, timely, and standardised reporting.
The individual will manage and coordinate initiatives spanning data ingestion, transformation, validation, and dashboard visualisation, ensuring alignment of metric definitions and establishing dashboards as a single source of truth for business reporting. This role plays a critical part in bridging business requirements with technical execution, ensuring consistency, data integrity, and smooth delivery across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Business Metrics dashboard initiatives, including planning, execution, and rollout across LBUs and Group teams
- Define and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones across data ingestion, transformation, and reporting layers
- Act as the central coordination point between LBU business teams, Data insights & engineering teams, and Group stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
- Drive clarity on ownership, implementation approach (LBU vs centralised), and responsibilities across all workstreams
- Oversee data pipeline implementation (LBU Central UDP), ensuring standardisation and consistency of data schemas across LBUs
- Ensure data quality, completeness, and integrity through structured validation and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate requirement gathering and ensure translation into actionable deliverables for technical teams
- Facilitate solutioning discussions between technology & data teams to finalise ingestion approaches (APIs, batch pipelines, etc.)
- Manage dashboard UAT and Production release cycles, including stakeholder coordination and issue resolution
- Drive UAT planning and validation with data team and LBUs to ensure readiness of data for dashboard consumption
- Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and delays, and proactively take corrective actions
- Provide regular status updates, executive summaries, and stakeholder communications on delivery progress and risks
- Maintain project documentation, including trackers, decisions, and governance artefacts
- Identify opportunities for improvement in data standardisation, dashboard usability, and project execution processes
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks for reporting, including alignment to a single source of truth and standard metric definitions
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in managing end-to-end data or analytics projects, preferably in data dashboarding and reporting environments
- Solid understanding of the data lifecycle, including data ingestion, transformation, validation, and reporting
- Familiarity with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Knowledge of digital analytics platforms such as Mixpanel or Firebase will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and database systems (SQL / NoSQL)
- Experience working in cross-functional environments involving business, data engineering, and analytics teams
- Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into structured plans
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on delivery quality and accuracy
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in ownership, scope, and execution approach
