As an Associate Project Manager at ACT21, you will play a critical role in delivering impactful software projects. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure successful, timely delivery. You will champion Agile practices, manage risks proactively, and foster collaboration across diverse teams.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple software projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Facilitate Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), driving continuous improvement and effective ceremonies
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders for seamless project execution
• Engage in regular client interaction to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide transparent updates
• Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project momentum
• Support and mentor teams, promoting accountability and a positive work environment

What We're Looking For:

• 710 years of experience in IT/software project management
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC
• Experience managing projects within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Trello
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in product delivery
• PMP, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 certification
• Exposure to cloud technologies and enterprise software solutions
