Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to lead strategic initiatives across our AI powered Performance and Longevity clinics. This role is central to improving operational efficiency, enhancing patient/client experience, and optimizing program outcomes through innovative technology and data-driven processes. You will oversee projects from planning through execution, ensuring regulatory compliance, cross-functional alignment, and delivery against organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of AI powered health and wellness clinics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical, operations, HR, and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Define, track, and report KPIs and performance metrics to executive leadership.
• Partner closely with the Director and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to ensure clinical alignment, regulatory compliance, and strategic execution.

Required skills and Experience:

• MBA in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• 1+ year of project management experience in healthcare or wellness.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• A ninja at building alignment by influence.
• Experience in fast-growing startups, ideally across 01 and 1100 growth stages.
• PMP certification preferred.
