Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Associate Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and counseling to scale user acquisition, drive retention, and optimize growth strategies across the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies to optimize sales performance and boost user acquisition.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities for expansion.
- Lead and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract and convert potential users.
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to improve conversion rates and reduce churn.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare insights-driven reports for leadership.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and counseling to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
Qualifications & Skills
- 12 years of experience in customer lifecycle management, preferably within the Ed-Tech or SaaS space.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-informed growth decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive collaboration across teams.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; coursework in analytics, business, or technical fields is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced digital environment.
- Familiarity with subscription-based models and retention strategies.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics (GA4), and other performance tracking tools.
