Associate Program Manager- Operations

HIRING: Associate Program Manager – JEE/NEET Operations (Field-Based)

Avanti Fellows is looking for a dynamic leader to drive academic excellence and operational impact across 3-4 schools in India. If you are passionate about bridging the gender gap in STEM and empowering students from underserved communities, this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

Oversee curriculum delivery & teacher development

Drive student outcomes through data-driven interventions

Build trust with principals, parents, and students

Manage field operations, documentation, and team performance

Travel 10-15 days/month to rural schools (travel & accommodation covered)

We're Looking For:

B.E./B.Tech or M.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry, or Math)

3–6 years in Education Ops, Test Prep, or Academic Coordination

Strong data, communication & documentation skills

Willingness to work on-ground in rural India

Empathy, mentorship mindset & stakeholder management skills

Locations: Kerala, Punjab, Telangana
