About The Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate Program Manager, Marketing to join our fast-paced and creative marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a knack for storytelling, social media strategy, and campaign execution. You will play a key role in creating and managing content that drives engagement, builds brand presence, and supports institutional growth
Role & Responsibilities
- Write clear, persuasive copy across channels - landing pages, emails, social ads, program brochures, and blog posts, to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Develop and execute content plans aligned to program launches and enrollment cycles; manage editorial calendar and production timelines.
- Collaborate with growth, design, and admissions to create A/B tests, optimize messaging, and improve funnel performance.
- Optimize content for search and discoverability using on-page SEO best practices and keyword research.
- Maintain and publish content on CMS; enforce brand tone, legal/compliance checks, and program accuracy.
- Monitor content performance (traffic, CTR, conversion metrics), produce actionable insights, and iterate rapidly to improve ROI.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven copywriting experience for digital marketing channels (ads, email, landing pages).
- Hands-on experience with content planning and editorial calendar management.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and data-driven content optimisation.
- Experience managing paid social campaigns and working with Meta Ads Manager stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience in higher-education, edtech, or B2C/B2B education marketing.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or marketing automation platforms.
- Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma for creative collaboration.
