Position: Associate Program Manager - Growth

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior associate - growth to support our growth initiatives. This role is pivotal in scaling projects, executing growth hacks, and analysing performance metrics to drive business results.

What you will do:

Customer Management

• Assist in the planning and execution of growth projects and innovative growth hacks.
• Monitor and analyse key growth metrics to identify opportunities, inefficiencies, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business objectives.
• Identify and implement new tools or platforms to optimise workflows and processes.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to track progress and measure the success of growth initiatives.
• Enthusiasm for high-impact, results-driven growth initiatives.

What we are looking for:

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from top institutions (IIT/NIT/BITS) or Tier 1 Colleges only
• Experience: 1 year+ in project management, growth marketing, or similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

• Proficiency in marketing strategies and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with project management and strong communication skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
