About The Role:-

Newton School of Technology (NST) is seeking an Associate Program Manager to champion process excellence, cross-functional alignment, and continuous innovation across the admissions lifecycle. This role will work closely with Admissions (MoFU/BoFU), Growth (ToFU), Product, and Operations teams to build scalable frameworks and drive strategic initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and long-term impact of our admissions processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Functional Program Leadership: Coordinate and enable collaboration across Admissions, Growth, Product, and Operations to ensure all processes align with NST's goals and values.
  • Framework & Process Design: Develop, document, and operationalize scalable frameworks, best practices, and quality standards to streamline the full admissions journey.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, evaluate workflows, and launch data-driven initiatives to optimize efficiency, student quality, and conversions at every stage.
  • Innovation & Piloting: Lead experimentation with new tools, engagement strategies, and processes, ensuring measurable advancements in admissions outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate regular updates, workshops, and retrospectives with functional leads; build consensus on priorities and surface actionable insights.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze performance data, synthesize program-level learnings, and present dashboards/solutions to drive action across stakeholders.
  • Change Advocacy: Champion adoption of new policies, technologies, and process upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
  • Culture Enablement: Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning by embedding NST's values into frameworks, rituals, and decision-making.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of program management, process excellence, or operations experience (preferably in high-growth/start-up environments)
  • Proven ability to align diverse teams, influence without authority, and deliver results in matrixed organizations.
  • Experience in building/scaling processes, systems, or frameworks impacting multiple functions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsable to connect high-level strategy with operational execution.
