Position Overview

You'll drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives within a fast-growing SaaS product organization. You'll sit at the intersection of Engineering, QA, Product, DevOps, and Customer Operations, ensuring thousands of dental practices receive seamless product updates. You'll own sprint discipline, long-term roadmap alignment, and release coordination across iOS, Android, Windows, and Web platforms that directly impact healthcare delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

You own and track multiple parallel product initiatives across engineering teams spanning multiple quarters

You drive effective sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives with clean Jira board management

You oversee product release cycles across Dev, QA, Staging, and Production environments with DevOps coordination

You coordinate releases across iOS, Android, Windows, and Web platforms ensuring version alignment and feature parity

You manage customer-reported issues via HubSpot and Intercom with proper triaging and engineering assignment

You maintain structured dashboards and provide weekly/monthly status updates to leadership on program health

You act as central coordination hub across Dev, QA, Product, DevOps, and Support teams for seamless execution

Must Have Criteria

3-5 years of experience in technical program or project management in SaaS environments

Advanced hands-on experience with Jira board configuration, reporting, and Jira Service Management

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Working knowledge of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git branching strategies

Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and multi-platform SaaS products (iOS, Android, Windows, Web)

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects spanning 3+ months with cross-team dependencies

Experience managing production incidents and coordinating release governance processes

Nice to Have

B2B SaaS product environment experience, preferably in healthcare or vertical SaaS

Exposure to cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

Experience with customer support tools like HubSpot and Intercom for issue management

Background in fast-paced, scaling SaaS environments with high-growth teams
