Role & responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution excellence
  • Track initiatives, performance metrics, and program delivery
  • Work closely with international teams and destination head offices
  • Conduct business reviews, data analysis, and stakeholder reporting
  • Create performance scorecards and actionable business insights
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate training sessions, information seminars, and growth initiatives
  • Resolve operational and portal-related challenges proactively

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 4 to 8 years of professional experience in Program Management, Operations, B2B Coordination, or Project Management
  • Prior exposure to consumer-tech, EdTech, or fast-paced startup environments preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical thinking and first-principles problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and data analysis
  • Ability to take ownership and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Someone proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
