We are seeking a creative and versatile Senior Art Director who will play a key role in the conceptualization and development of compelling content across various platforms. This role combines artistic design, copywriting, and video scriptwriting to create engaging content, including training materials, videos, and guides. You will work closely with the Program Manager, who will provide wireframes, and the creative team to bring these concepts to life
The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.
To keep up with the demand for next-level visual storytelling, we are looking for a visionary Art Director with a deep specialization in 3D, CGI, and motion. You will be the creative anchor for one of our key flagship accounts, turning strategic briefs into mind-blowing digital realitiesfrom dynamic performance banners to fully rendered hero videos.
Role and responsibilities:
Conceptualization & Design: Collaborate with the creative team to generate innovative ideas for content, including training materials, videos, and guides. Help conceptualize visual layouts and creative assets that align with brand guidelines and project goals.
Collaborate with the Program Manager: Work closely with the Program Manager, who will provide wireframes, to develop creative and detailed content. Flesh out the visual and written components to create comprehensive and impactful materials.
Video Production Support: Create scriptwriting for video content, working alongside the video production to ensure the creative vision aligns with the final product. Execute overall video production process, from conceptualization to execution.
Content Creation: Develop and design various assets such as banners, videos, guides, and presentations to support internal and external communications. Ensure consistency in visual and written content across all platforms.
Review & Revisions: Ensure all creative work is of the highest quality and adheres to the project specifications. Make revisions and improvements based on feedback from stakeholders and team members.
Will be a Subject Matter expert for the Creative team. The role will include supervising and leading the graphic designing team
Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team.
Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to understand content requirements and learning objectives.
Participate in designing/redesigning computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, web-page mockups, infographic, brochures, and many other forms of visual communication including design conceptualization
Obtain required approvals by presenting final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations.
Present or oversee the presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for clients and stakeholders.
Look for the latest industry best practices to improve design processes.
Analyze and plan the framework of design according to the laid out concept and established specifications of the project
Manage video production timelines and deliverables to meet project deadlines.
Technical and Functional Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field 15+ years of experience in experience in Digital Creative Production (Learning videos, Webinars, Documents, forms).
A strong passion for creativity, design, and storytelling
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and how video can support various learning styles.
Hands-on experience in designing Training videos, Infographics, static/animated banners, emailers, landing pages, microsites, and video assets for end-to-end digital campaigns
Create videos for learning modules that are engaging, interactive, and easy to follow.
Edit and enhance video footage, adding elements such as graphics, animations, transitions, and captions to improve clarity and engagement.
Proven experience in video production, preferably in the educational or training sector.
Edit raw footage, apply creative transitions, motion graphics, and audio enhancements, ensuring videos are polished and ready for educational use.
Tailor videos for different learning styles and ensure that videos are both informative and visually appealing.
Knowledge of instructional design principles and how video can support diverse learning needs.
Ensure all videos are aligned with the overall design and branding guidelines of the organization.
Client interfacing ability with confidence
Ability to use a strong analytical and artistic approach to solve complex creative issues
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize different tasks
