About the Role

Dashverse seeks an Associate Program Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of key content and business initiatives. You will work across teams to translate priorities into structured programs, manage timelines and dependencies, and ensure seamless execution from planning to delivery. The role requires strong ownership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and the ability to bring structure to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & Execute: Drive end-to-end execution of programs, timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
• Coordinate: Work closely with Content, Creative, Production, Product, Growth, and Leadership teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track & Monitor: Maintain program trackers, identify risks and bottlenecks, and ensure timely resolution.
• Improve Processes: Build and improve workflows, systems, and processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Drive Accountability: Establish clear ownership, follow-ups, and operating rhythms across teams.
• Report & Analyse: Track key metrics, prepare program updates, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Problem-Solve: Anticipate challenges, resolve execution gaps, and keep programs on track.

Skills & Experience

• MBA from Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutions preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, content, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines.
• Experience in improving processes and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong ownership, communication, and execution skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Candidates from Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutions are preferred.
