Associate - Program Management

Position Summary

The Associate - Program Management will play a key role in managing program operations across multiple global university partnerships. This role combines data-driven decision-making, process compliance, and service delivery management to ensure high-quality outcomes for students and partners. Working closely with the Program Manager, Head of Program Operations, and international account managers, the Associate will oversee end-to-end program delivery, ranging from coordinating academic professionals and tracking key milestones to managing client communications and driving service improvements.

Role Description:

The Associate will be crucial in helping manage operations using data analytics and process compliance across multiple universities and programs. This will give a unique opportunity to develop and exercise data analytics skills, the ability to develop efficient processes and strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.

The Associate will work directly with the Program Manager and Head of Program Operations, as well as Australia and Europe-based account managers of the university partners. Their primary responsibility will be to own the end-to-end operations for university partners, thus significantly influencing the shape of the business. Key Responsibilities:

The role of an Associate will cover the following key areas -

• Support the delivery services by setting up and monitoring SOPs, managing client communication, leading the discussions in the weekly review meetings, creating dashboards etc.


• Coordinate the daily delivery of services by LINC Fellows (LINC's academic professionals)


• Track the progress of daily, weekly and term-related objectives


• Work with LINC's account managers to ensure completion of client deliverables


• Develop strategies for service improvement and university query resolution


• Manage final delivery output for the University


• Constantly work on streamlining operations via the use of technology and analytics and actively contribute towards overall product and service development.

Who are we looking for

• Qualifications: Graduate/PostGraduate in Science/Engineering or related analytical stream from a Tier 1 college


• Experience: 2 years of professional experience working in Program Management / Operations (preferably with an education company/university).

Skills & Competencies:

Strong data and analytics skills: good command over spoken and written English is a must
