Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures in Human Resource Management and related subjects.
- Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and academic content as per university standards.
- Mentor and guide students for academic and career development.
- Conduct research, publish papers in reputed journals, and participate in conferences/seminars.
- Support departmental activities, accreditation, and academic administration.
- Build industry collaborations and contribute to placements/internships.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic innovation initiatives.

Eligibility CriteriaAssociate Professor
- PhD in Management / HR from a recognized university.
- Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience.
- Strong publication and research background preferred.
Professor
- PhD in Management / HR from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10–15 years of academic/research experience.
- Proven academic leadership and research contributions.
Preferred Profile
- Candidates with strong academic credentials and industry exposure.
- Experience in NAAC/NBA accreditation processes preferred.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and academic excellence.
