Associate Professor of Management

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Professor of Management at Karnavati University, based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The Associate Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality management education through lectures, workshops, and interactive teaching methods. Responsibilities will include developing and updating curricula, facilitating research initiatives, mentoring students, and contributing to departmental and institutional development. Additionally, the role emphasizes engagement in scholarly research and collaboration within the academic community to enhance the university's reputation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience and at least 10 years in university teaching
• At least 8 journal paper published in SCOPUS/WoS
• Strong academic and administrative experience
• Strong capabilities in conducting and promoting Research and academic inquiry
• Knowledge and application of Marketing concepts in management education
• Exceptional communication, mentorship, and collaborative abilities
• A Ph.D. in Management or a related field is strongly preferred with MBA in IT will be given preference
