Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in teaching/research/industry out of which at least 2 years shall be post Ph.D experience.

Educational Qualification:

Qualifying Criteria as per AICTE – Associate Professor 

A) Ph.D Degree in the relevant field from a recognised Indian University.

B) A full time MBA/PGDM-Finance/C.A/ICWA/M.Com with 60% marks in concerned / relevant discipline from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. 

C) Minimum 6 Publications in SCI journals/UGC/AICTE approved list of journals.

D) Published work may include books, Research Periodical, Consultancy projects, and a patent filed.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Teaching and Learning:

• Deliver courses across PGDM programs in Finance and related disciplines.
• Handle core and elective subjects in Finance specialization.
• Develop and update course plans, lesson plans, and teaching materials.
• Use case-study methodology, simulations, business games, and experiential learning techniques.
• Integrate technology-enabled teaching methods and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Conduct remedial classes and additional support sessions for students.
• Ensure achievement of Course Outcomes (COs) and Program Outcomes (POs). 

2.Curriculum Design and Academic Development:

• Design and revise course curriculum in line with industry requirements and AICTE guidelines.
• Develop course outlines, session plans, assignments, and assessment methods.
• Introduce new electives and certification programs in emerging areas of finance.

3.Research and Publications:

• Conduct research in finance and related areas.
• Publish research papers in reputed journals (Scopus, ABDC, UGC Care, etc.).
• Present papers at national and international conferences.
• Apply for research grants and consultancy projects.

4. Student Mentoring and Academic Advising:

• Act as Faculty Mentor for assigned students.
• Guide students in academic planning and career development.
• Provide support for internships, live projects, and placements.
• Supervise student research projects and dissertations.

5. Examination and Assessment:

• Prepare question papers, assignments, and evaluation rubrics.
• Conduct examinations and assess student performance.
• Moderate examination processes and ensure academic integrity.
• Submit grades and academic reports within prescribed timelines.

6. Industry Interaction and Corporate Engagement:

• Develop relationships with industry professionals and financial institutions.
• Organize guest lectures, workshops, and industry visits.
• Facilitate internships, live projects, and consultancy assignments.
• Participate in Management Development Programs (MDPs) and Executive Education initiatives.

7.Placement and Admissions Support:

• Assist in student admissions through interviews and counseling.
• Support placement activities and corporate networking.
• Contribute to branding and outreach initiatives of the institute.

8.Institutional Development:

• Organize conferences, seminars, FDPs, and academic events.
• Participate in strategic planning and quality assurance initiatives.
• Contribute to ranking and institutional development activities.
