Eligibility Criteria

Associate Professor

• Ph.D. from a reputable institute
• Minimum 8 years teaching experience, including 5 years post-Ph.D.
• Minimum 7 publications in Scopus / ABDC / ABS indexed journals
• At least 1 publication in ABDC A / A / B category*
• Strong research continuity and academic contribution

Preferred Attributes

• Active involvement in research, doctoral mentoring, and project funding
• Engagement through editorial roles, awards, speaker invitations, or academic associations
• Industry collaboration, consultancy, or case writing contributions
• Ability to deliver engaging, inclusive, and technology-enabled teaching
• Strong student mentoring orientation and teamwork mindset
