Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate Professor role based in Salem. The Associate Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, seminars, and tutorials, designing and updating course materials, and assessing student performance through assignments, exams, and projects. The role includes mentoring and advising students on academic and career development, supervising research projects, and contributing to curriculum development in collaboration with academic committees. The Associate Professor will engage in scholarly research, publish in relevant journals, participate in conferences, and stay current with developments in their discipline. Additional responsibilities include participating in departmental meetings, contributing to accreditation processes, supporting outreach or industry collaboration initiatives, and assisting with academic administration as needed.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in the relevant academic discipline, with a strong record of teaching, research, and scholarly activity.
- Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging course content using diverse and inclusive teaching methods.
