Job Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-impact lectures in core and elective Marketing subjects at the PGDM level (Proficiency in teaching subjects such as Marketing Analytics, Digital and Performance marketing, Sales and Distribution marketing).
- Design, update, and continuously enhance curriculum content aligned with emerging industry trends and AICTE guidelines.
- Undertake meaningful research that contributes to knowledge advancement and supports genuine publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals (SSCI, Scopus, ABDC, and other national and international journals).
- Adopt innovative and student-centric pedagogical approaches integrating real-world industry applications to ensure graduates are industry-ready.
- Supervise student projects, dissertations, and research work with a focus on practical learning and analytical rigor.
- Mentor students to support their academic excellence, professional development, and holistic growth.
- Actively contribute to institution-building activities, policy development, and academic planning initiatives.
- Lead or participate in committees, accreditation exercises, quality assurance, and administrative processes.
- Take ownership of additional responsibilities related to student affairs, academics, or administration as assigned.
- Engage in collaborative research, consultancy projects, and training programs with industry and academic partners.
- Organize and contribute to conferences, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and Management Development Programs (MDPs).
- Build and sustain strategic linkages with industry, professional bodies, training institutes, and academic networks to enhance institutional visibility and collaboration.

Education Qualifications Required:
- Ph.D. in Management or Marketing from a recognized university
- MBA in Marketing/MBA with specialization in Marketing with First Class or equivalent.
Experience :
- Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry, with at least 2 years post-Ph.D. experience.
- A balanced mix of academic and industry exposure is required.
- At least 8 research publications in SSCI or Scopus listed journals as per AICTE/UGC norms.
- Have demonstrated leadership in institutional initiatives academic administration, or student engagement activities.
