Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Noida for a Personal Assistant to the Director at IEC College of Engineering & Technology. The Personal Assistant will assist the Director with day-to-day activities, including managing schedules and calendars, coordinating meetings, handling administrative and clerical tasks, and organizing documentation and correspondence. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, effective communication, and ensuring the efficient management of tasks to support the Director's responsibilities.

Qualifications

1 Ph.D. in Management / Business Administration (or related discipline) from a recognized university

2 Master's degree MBA with minimum 55% marks

3 Minimum 5 years of teaching / industry / research experience, with at least 2 years as

Assistant Professor

4 Research publications in UGC CARE / Scopus / Web of Science indexed journals

5 Experience in teaching, curriculum development, research guidance, and academic administration

6 Strong industry interface, consultancy, or funded research experience will be an added advantage
