XIME invites applications from accomplished academicians and experienced industry professionals for the position of Associate Professor in the areas of Human Resources and Finance.
Eligibility
- PhD in Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, HR Analytics, Finance, or a related management discipline is preferred.
- MBA/PGDM with specialisation in Human Resources or Finance from a reputed institution with a strong academic background.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in academia and/or industry.
- Candidates with teaching experience in leading B-schools or senior industry professionals with significant functional leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements- Deliver high-quality teaching using case-based, experiential, and technology-enabled pedagogy.
- Demonstrate strong domain expertise in the relevant discipline:
- Human Resources: Organisational Behaviour, Talent Management, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, HR Analytics, and related areas.
- Finance: Corporate Finance, Investments, Financial Markets, Financial Analytics, and related areas.
- Contribute to research and scholarly publications in reputed journals.
- Support accreditation initiatives such as NBA and AACSB.
- Build strong industry relationships to facilitate placements, live projects, internships, consultancy, and Management Development Programmes (MDPs).
- Participate in curriculum development, academic administration, mentoring, and other institutional development initiatives.
