Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Professor in Civil Engineering at CT Group of Institutions, located in Jalandhar I. The Associate Professor will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, conducting innovative research, guiding students in projects and dissertations, and contributing to curriculum development. Additional responsibilities include mentoring students, participating in departmental activities, and collaborating on research publications and academic initiatives.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Civil Engineering subjects and proficiency in teaching concepts such as Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and related areas.
- Strong research and project management skills, including experience in publishing research papers in reputable journals and presenting at academic conferences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage students and facilitate learning.
- Proficiency in academic administration and curriculum development to support departmental goals.
- A Ph.D. in Civil Engineering is required along with relevant teaching or industry experience.
- Commitment to student mentoring, professional ethics, and fostering academic excellence.
