Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and committed AssociateProfessors to join our growing Computer Science department at our Pune campus, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. If you are passionate about teaching, excited about mentoring young minds, and eager to contribute to cutting-edge academic work in AI/ML, we would love to meet you. You will play a key role in shaping strong, industry-ready talent in this rapidly evolving field.

Your responsibilities will include delivering impactful lectures, developing relevant AI/ML curriculum, guiding students through labs and real-world projects, and contributing to the academic growth of the department.

Key Responsibility Areas:Teaching & Learning
Teach and engage students in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related subjects.
Build and refine AI/ML course content to keep it relevant, industry-aligned, and impactful.
Lead lab sessions, support hands-on learning, and guide students through AI/ML projects and research work.
Provide consistent academic support through mentoring, tutoring, and doubt-solving.

Academic Ownership & Innovation
Take ownership of student learning outcomes and overall academic quality in AI/ML programs.
Lead or contribute to AI/ML research initiatives, innovation projects, and departmental development.
Cultivate a supportive, collaborative, and inspiring learning environment.

Collaboration & Administration
Work collaboratively with faculty, academic teams, and industry partners to enhance AI/ML learning experiences.
Actively participate in department events, academic committees, and institutional initiatives.
Build strong relationships with students and colleagues to support a vibrant academic culture.

Qualifications
Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or academic roles is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching and student development.
Familiarity with industry tools, frameworks, and technologies relevant to AI/ML.
