Associate, Production Support

We are seeking an Associate, Production Support to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining production systems, ensuring high availability and performance. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure uptime and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system reliability and performance.
• Implement and manage incident response processes.
• Document and track incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist in the deployment of software releases into production environments.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in production support or related roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
• Experience with monitoring tools and technologies such as Nagios, Splunk, or similar.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
