Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (EITSI) is a fully owned subsidiary of Eurofins and functions as a Global Software Delivery Center exclusively catering to Eurofins Global IT business needs. The code shipped out of EITSI impacts the global network of Eurofins labs and services.

Job Description

OVERALL OBJECTIVES : To

The eQMS Application Administrator / Quality Systems Specialist provides daytoday operational support, onboarding, and transactional data entry within enterprise Quality and Document Management Systems (e.g., ETQ / eQMS).

This role primarily supports IT Solutions staff and Quality Systems teams across multiple geographies, ensuring accurate execution of routine system activities that enable global quality system operations. The position is executionfocused and operates under established procedures and direction from the eQMS Support Manager. This role does not manage system implementations, training programs, or validation ownership.

SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS :


  • Perform routine system administration and data entry activities in ETQ / eQMS, including:
  • User onboarding, account creation, role assignments, and access maintenance
  • Document control metadata entry and document lifecycle updates
  • Maintenance of system master data and reference data as assigned
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all system records.
  • Execute all activities in accordance with approved SOPs, work instructions, and governance standards.



OTHER ASSIGNMENTS :



  • Support IT Solutions and Quality Systems teams during peak workload periods.
  • Participate in system testing or user acceptance activities as assigned, without ownership responsibility.
  • Perform additional administrative or system support tasks as needed.



EVOLUTION :

  • In a fastgrowing organization, strong performance may lead to expanded system administration responsibilities, senior support roles, or specialization within eQMS or Quality Systems Support.

  • Accuracy and timeliness of onboarding and administrative system activities.
  • Responsiveness to IT Solutions and global support requests.
  • Adherence to SOPs, data integrity standards, and governance requirements.
  • Audit readiness of maintained administrative records.



QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma

Minimum Experience


13 years of experience in system administration, quality systems support, or a regulated IT environment.

Experience performing transactional system administration or shared services support.

The Ideal Candidate Possesses




  • Handson experience with ETQ, eQMS, or similar enterprise systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to follow defined procedures consistently.
  • Good organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Experience working with IT Solutions or global support teams.

Required Qualifications:

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL CRITERIA: Eurofins has a strong focus on Performance Management system. This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews and annual reviews. The KPIs shall be set and may vary slightly between projects. These will be clearly communicated, documented during the first 30 days of your joining.
