Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a modern Search Growth Strategist who understands this shift and can build an AI-first SEO engine that drives qualified pipeline and revenue — not just traffic.

This role will own organic growth for our SaaS products across search engines, AI assistants, and emerging discovery platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the complete search growth roadmap
  • Build category, product-led, and solution-focused SEO strategies
  • Optimize for AI-powered search (AI Overviews, LLM discovery, zero-click SERPs)
  • Develop entity-based and topical authority strategies
  • Lead technical SEO initiatives (site architecture, schema, crawl optimization)
  • Build scalable content systems aligned with buyer intent
  • Align SEO with product-led growth and conversion strategy
  • Track impact on pipeline, revenue, and share of voice

Required Skills

  • 2–4 years of SEO experience in B2B or SaaS
  • Strong technical SEO foundation (on-page, off-page, site structure)
  • Deep understanding of semantic search and entity-based SEO
  • Experience optimizing for AI-driven discovery and LLM visibility
  • Knowledge of E-E-A-T, structured data, and knowledge graph principles
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to build scalable SEO workflows
  • Strong analytical ability (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, attribution understanding)
  • Ability to connect organic growth with revenue outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • A strategic thinker who sees SEO as Search Everywhere Optimization
  • Someone who understands that visibility now extends beyond Google rankings
  • A hands-on executor who can build authority, scale systems, and own outcomes
  • A marketer prepared for the AI-first future of search
