As an Associate Product Manager at ZFunds, you will own the product end-to-endfrom concept to launch and beyond. You will drive product strategy, deliver exceptional user experiences, and continuously enhance the product using data, insights, and real user feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as both the strategic leader and hands-on executor for the productowning vision, roadmap, and day-to-day delivery.
• Translate ideas into actionable product plans while working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Own user KPIs across the entire funnelfrom acquisition to activation, engagement, and retention.
• Build, prioritise, and deliver the product backlog with a relentless focus on improving the user experience every sprint.
• Use data, research, and experimentation to inform decisions, validate hypotheses, and guide product improvements.

Experience & Skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work across stakeholders to achieve product goals.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to define KPIs, build dashboards, track success metrics, and run effective A/B experiments.
• User-centric approachcomfortable conducting primary user research and analysing app usage data to drive insights.
• Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to balance user needs, business requirements, and available resources.
