About Company:
Our Client is building the Intent Layer for AI-driven software: the layer that makes sure what a business actually intends is what its AI-built software ships. Our enterprise product is live in early access. We are founder-led, customer-focused, and building something genuinely new in one of the most exciting corners of AI.
You would work directly with our founder, who spent 25 years building AI and product at Google and Adobe. For an early-career PM, that is a rare apprenticeship. You learn product craft from someone who has done it at the highest level, on a real, live product.
About Role:
This is a hands-on Product Manager role, working shoulder to shoulder with the founder. Your job is to take the product from idea to shipped: turn direction into clear specs, keep the modules and projects moving, coordinate with engineering, and close the loop with what customers actually need.
A defining part of this role is leverage through AI. We build with cutting-edge AI tools, and you will learn to use them, Claude and others, to do the work of a much larger team: drafting specs, shaping designs, analyzing feedback, and moving faster than a traditional PM ever could. If the idea of amplifying yourself several times over with AI excites you, you will thrive here.
We are clear about the stage. This is an early, roll-up-your-sleeves role with real ownership and real mentorship, not a big-company seat where you own one slice of a slide. You will touch the whole product.
What you'll do
- Turn direction into execution:** write clear specs and PRDs, break work into projects, and keep everything moving to done.
- Drive the modules and projects:** own day-to-day coordination across the product, track progress, and unblock.
- Amplify with AI:** use Claude and other AI tools to draft, design, analyze, and ship faster, and become the person who gets the most out of them.
- Shape the design:** use Claude Design and Figma to turn product needs into wireframes and flows the team can build from.
- Work with engineering:** translate product intent into something the team can build, and keep the build aligned to it.
-Stay close to customers:** turn pilot feedback into clear product improvements.
- Bring order:** documentation, priorities, and follow-through, so the founder can focus on the hardest calls.
What you'll bring
- 1-2 years in a product role**, ideally touching B2B or enterprise software.
- Strong communication and organization:** you write clearly, structure ambiguity, and follow through.
- Fluency, or fast fluency, with AI tools:** you already use tools like Claude to work smarter, or you will pick them up fast and run. This is central to the role.
- Design fluency: a good eye for product design and usability, and comfort turning ideas into wireframes and flows with tools like Claude Design and Figma. You do not need to be a visual designer, but you should be able to shape and iterate on design.
- Analytical skills: you use data to inform decisions, dig into user feedback and product metrics, and structure ambiguous problems with evidence rather than opinion.
- Product instinct: you think about the user and the why, not just the task.
- A builder's temperament: comfortable with ambiguity, hungry to learn, and happy owning a problem end to end without a fully specified ticket.
- A degree in any field. A B-school background is a plus, not a requirement.
Nice to have
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Enough technical literacy to talk to engineers.
- Early-stage or startup experience.
Why join us
- Learn from a founder who has built at the top.** 25 years of product at Google and Adobe, mentoring you directly. Most early-career PMs wait years for that kind of access.
- Real ownership, real scope.** You will shape the whole product, not one corner of it, and watch your work ship.
- Become AI-native.** You will build what is fast becoming the most valuable skill in the field: getting several times the output from AI tools.
- Grounded, not hype-driven.** We are customer-focused and build deliberately, at a sustainable pace. We hire carefully and invest in the people we bring on for the long run.
- You will grow fast.** A year here, with this scope and this mentorship, is worth several elsewhere.
